As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Marketing team at our Corporate HQ in Mechanicsburg, PA plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home® by utilizing cutting-edge marketing platforms and applications to achieve unparalleled success in connecting with our customers and optimizing our business.


As a Social Media Ad Specialist at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by taking ownership over the management and optimization of social media ad campaigns. You will report directly to the Social Media Manager and work closely with our Social Media, Digital Marketing, and Creative teams.



What You’ll Contribute

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Develop and implement creative ad strategies for Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, NextDoor and others
  • Monitor and adjust daily spend levels across all platforms while focusing on improving lead volume and cost-of-marketing
  • Update performance metrics both daily and weekly, analyze campaign results, and report findings to leadership
  • Execute A/B and multivariant tests against copy, landing pages, headlines, creative, and audiences
  • Create and make continuous updates to landing pages utilized by your campaigns


What It Takes to Succeed

  • Experience managing Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, NextDoor and other social media ad platforms
  • Strong copywriting skills to assure ads attract, engage, and convert
  • Willingness to continually learn new social media ad platforms
  • Strong analytical skills to quickly evaluate campaign performance and adjust accordingly

The guaranteed pay range for this position is $55,000 per year to $75,000 per year. The actual rate is based on each candidate’s skill set and will be determined by the Hiring Manager. This role is a salaried, exempt position that is not eligible for overtime pay.
